Create presentations of symbols not shown

You can quickly create presentations of symbols that are not available in the Symbols bar in the diagram.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Open a diagram.

  2. Click Create presentations of additional symbols Create presentations of additional symbols in the Symbols bar. The Create presentation dialog opens.

  3. Select the symbol you want to place in the diagram and click OK. Alternatively, you can double-click the required symbol.

  4. Place the symbol at the required position. If placing the symbol is not allowed in specific areas of the diagram, the symbol is crossed through with an X until you move it over an appropriate position, for example, over another symbol.

Creating a presentation of a symbol that is not available in the Symbols bar is now complete.

Tip

If you have unintentionally selected a symbol that is not allowed to be placed in the diagram, simply click in the diagram. The symbol disappears, and you can perform further actions.
