Reuse objects from business processes using drag and drop
You can use custom object links to reuse objects from business processes directly in UML diagrams.
Open the diagram in which you want to reuse an object from a business process.
Activate the Explorer tree of the navigation.
In the database, navigate to the object for which at least one object link is defined and that you want to reuse.
Click the object, hold down the mouse button, drag the mouse pointer to the required position in the diagram, and release the mouse button. The Reuse objects dialog opens.
Select the required object link in the Type of re-use box.
Click OK. If more than one object symbol is available for the placed object, the Select symbol dialog opens.
Double-click the name of the symbol that you want to use for the reused object.
The object is placed at the relevant position with the symbol you selected.
