Specify number and sorting of menu items
You can limit the number of menu items for configured menus in the Explorer tree to those you require.
Click ARIS > Options > Explorer.
In the Maximum number of items in pop-up menu box, enter the number of menu items you want to be offered.
Enable the Sort pop-up menu items alphabetically check box to be provided with the pop-up menu items sorted alphabetically.
If you have enabled the check box, the Up and Down arrows for the Elements available in the pop-up menu box in the Configure menu dialog are locked and the menu items inserted are arranged alphabetically in the list.
Click OK.
The number of items and the sorting of the menu is configured and the options are provided in line with your settings. The elements that are placed in the Accessible from dialog box can also be selected without a menu item, for example, by opening the pop-up menu for a package and clicking New element > More. These elements are then provided in the Create element dialog.
