Font formats (configuration)
Font formats created in the Configuration folder are used to create templates. These templates are available in each database of the tenant. Templates enable you to standardize the design of attribute texts. When you assign templates to models, the content is displayed in the defined font format.
To ensure that the models comply with the conventions of the corporate branding, assign the correct template. When users assign a template to a model, the font formats used in the template are automatically added in the list of font formats available in the respective database. Only font formats used in attributes and related objects that occur in models are added. This ensures that the database does not contain unused font formats and its volume remains manageable.
If no template was assigned, the default font format of the database is used.
Reduces the number of entries displayed.
Enter a string. Only the items containing this string are displayed. When using the default filter criteria it is irrelevant whether the string occurs at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of a name, for example.
If you click 
Filter criteria, you can use the Match case option, for example, or the wildcards * and ?.
If you want to remove the filters, click 
Close at the end of the row. The string is deleted, all elements are displayed again, and you can enter another string.
