Text that can be placed anywhere in the diagram window. For example, it can be used to indicate special features in the diagram. To visually differentiate it from other elements in the diagram, you can specify that it is represented as a comment.
It is independent of other diagram elements to the extent that it has no relationship with them in the object network. Therefore, its semantics are developed by users rather than on the system side.
