Reposition attributes
You can reposition attributes of edges and nodes to adjust the layout of the diagram to meet your requirements. This section describes the example of repositioning the labels of the edge ends of an association.
In the diagram window, select the association whose attribute you want to reposition. The edge is selected and its attributes are displayed with handles to which no color is applied.
Click the attribute you want to place at another position. Its handles change color to black.
Move the mouse pointer over the attribute until the 'move' cursor is displayed:
Drag the attribute to the relevant position in the diagram window.
Drag all attributes you want to reposition to the positions of your choice in the same way.
The attributes are placed at the new positions. When you select the association, its attributes are also selected, regardless of where they are located in the diagram window.
