You can create various UML elements under the UML top-level elements Package, Model, and Profile.
Click
Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.Activate the Explorer tree area.
Open the relevant database and navigate to the required group.
Right-click the group and select New model element.
Click Model, Package, or Profile. The UML top-level element is created and its name is selected for overwriting.
Enter a name.
Press Enter.
Right-click the new UML top-level element created.
You can now decide whether you want to make a model element subordinate to the UML top-level element by selecting either the New model element option in the pop-up menu or a diagram by clicking New diagram. If you insert a model element, the UML top-level element opens, the element is placed below it, and its name is selected for overwriting. A diagram is inserted in the same way and its name is selected for overwriting. Once you finish entering the name of the diagram by pressing Enter, the diagram opens in the modeling area.
