Report: GDPR - Record of processing activities
This report is only available if the ARIS accelerators for GDPR reports were imported.
This report creates regulatory documentation of processing activities for one legal entity (organizational unit). The report is based on the recommendations of Germany's Bitkom association. The report differentiates between Controller role and Processor role and includes the respective data from the Processing Activity Documentation questionnaire.
Application/role
The user must have the Risk manager and Survey manager roles in ARIS Risk and Compliance. At least with environment-specific role level. To ensure that the user can also view the related questionnaires, both roles must be assigned.
