Import templates
You can import templates either from template export files (ATC) of a previous ARIS version or from export files of the current version. These are created automatically when you export a template using ARIS Architect. Please note that while you can import templates using ARIS UML Designer you cannot apply them to UML diagrams. You can apply these templates to ARIS models using ARIS Architect and ARIS Designer.
Prerequisite
You are a configuration administrator for this tenant.
You need to have the ARIS Access license privilege. Otherwise, this content cannot be accessed.
In ARIS Architect, click ARIS >
Administration.Click
Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.In the navigation, click
Configuration > 
Conventions.Right-click
Templates > Definitions > 
Import template. The Import template dialog opens.Specify the relevant settings and click OK.
The template is added and available to all databases of this tenant. You can assign templates to any ARIS model.
