Import filters

You can import filters either from filter export files (AMC) of a previous ARIS version or from filter files of the current version. These are automatically created when you export a filter and contain all user-defined method extensions of the ARIS servers from which the filters were exported.

Filters can be used for logging in to databases in ARIS UML Designer only if they allow the entire UML 2 content. For the content to be allowed, the corresponding UML metamodel must be selected when the filters are defined. Therefore, please select filters for which the required metamodel was selected.
